"I see many people complaining about prices. Must be due to their vehicle. Jim Dickerson was a lot cheaper for me and they haven't raised my rates in almost two years. Toyota and Ford vehicles"

"Update: canceled my policy due to the issues below. They took 751.19 out of my account after cancelation. Keep say 24-48 hours they will return it but that has been going on for a week. They have stolen over $1100.00 at this point from me and just keep making a different excuse every day as to why they can't return it today! Bla bla bla corporate says we have to wait. Then omg don't get upset because we have stolen your money just stay calm and wait. They have been drawing interest on my money for 2 years and they want to hold out just a little longer This office has went to hell since Debbie left. Literally just got yelled at by Rachel because they have been charging me since November of 2022 for a motorcycle that was totaled and took my husband's life due to no fault of his own. So if you want to be screamed at an stolen from."

"I've been with state Farm for 24 years and they were trying to cheat me on an accident. Jim Dickerson stepped up and made it right and car is supposed to get fixed. Jim deserves credit for stepping and getting corporate State Farm to do right thing. I give him the kudos. If you have issues with corporate State Farm, call your agent. Jim I'm sure has a lot of pull after being there 30 years. I'm glad he was my agent."

"I have worked with Erica Beck for several years now, on various insurance issues for our family property, and most recently for boat insurance. "Yvette is absolutely amazing. I have called several times in the past few months due to an accident and adding a new car onto my policy and she was able to get everything that I needed each time that I called. I called again a few months later about my insurance increasing and she explained everything to me in great detail. Thank you Yvette for all of your help!!!"

"Constantly raising prices for people with no tickets or accidents. Never answers the phone…sends me texts with the wrong name all the time. Found out if you have a Kia or Hyundai the insurance company will jack the price up sky high. I have never personally met Jim only a few of his agents and they were nice up until I voiced my opinion on the high prices! I didn’t appreciate having to get quotes and have another agent from a different company tell me the truth about why the rates were so high. My local agents kept lying and just saying it was my address. I didn’t appreciate that! This is officially my LAST MONTH FROM STATEFARM ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH !!!"

"State Farm dropped all claims during and after Hurricane Katrina 2005 and my kids were on the front page of the newspaper being rescued from our home. Our church turned us away and insurance company dropped us"

"No customer service! Went in today at 1:20 pm to ask questions about a $200 increase to my auto insurance and not even anyone in there to say anything. Waiting 5 minutes already seen a lady but she just went into another office. Not even a hello we will be with you in a moment. I just walked out and left."

"I have nothing but nice things to say about My State Farm relationship! I get nothing but awesome service every time I need insurance advise, a quote on a policy,and just general questions!I have been with this office for years.Some of the original staff have come and gone and new faces appear but it’s always great!I want to give a great big shout out to the most awesome lady ….Erica! She is so professional with a great sense of humor.Her smile and wittiness is so contagious!A good contagious! It’s a pleasure to have such great service!!! Especially in these days!"

"Had Jim Dickerson for literal decades had no real issues until I tried to cancel my policies. My policies are still active a month after requesting the cancelation and I'm now being charged a new bill. Best to avoid State Farm I guess."
We responded:
"Mark, I really hate to hear about your dissatisfaction with this occurrence, especially after decades of commitment to us. I would like to apologize for any miscommunication and expectations that were not met by my team. We should have let you know that even when we process a cancellation there is a timeline for those requests to be worked by the State Farm Underwriting Team, and while that process is going on your normal monthly bill will still go out as scheduled, but when the cancellation is processed it is effective for the requested cancellation date, and would render the bill received inaccurate as there would actually be no amount due after that cancellation. I really hope this helps clear up any questions, but if you have any other concerns please feel free to give the office a call and speak to myself or my office manager. I appreciate your decades of commitment. -Jim Dickerson"

"Horrible customer service, gave us a quote on insurance with all the necessary information, then the next day and told us they didn’t input the information for the quote given to us. Told him we needed 2 cars insured for 24 hrs, but the second car we had insured he later said it was not covered. It really makes me want to shop for a better insurance company, after 8 years of being with them."

Secondly, I would like to remedy this situation as soon as possible, as we need to make sure your vehicles are covered appropriately. If I cannot reach you on my call, I will reach out to you again later in the day. You can also call the office and speak with my office manager. Again, I am so sorry for this lapse in our customer service, I hope that we can come to a resolution to restore your confidence in our agency. -Jim Dickerson"
